Patricia's Story

Hi My name is Patricia. I have hep C and cirrhosis of
the liver. I was
diagnosed in 1997 for a routine check. I had a minor surgery which brought
the disease out of being dormant. I don't know how I received this disease. I did not do
drugs
or drink. I am married to a good man for 25 years and we have 7
children and
7 grandchildren. I am not a candidate for treatments they tell me. I have varices. I was a medical assistant and hairdresser. Either one of my
careers
could have contributed to my disease. I am just leaving it all in God's
hands.
